1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to NeuralTech AI Solutions LLP for services, including but not limited to Development, Consulting, Staffing, and Training, are final and non-refundable. By engaging in any of our services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

2. Training Programs (GradCohort)

For all training programs under GradCohort™, a flagship brand of NeuralTech AI Solutions LLP, no refunds are issued once the payment is made. Training fees, including registration, course fees, and other related costs, are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or withdrawal from the program.

3. Project-Based Services (Development and Consulting)

For our Development and Consulting services, refunds are not available once project work has commenced. Payments made for these services cover project analysis, design, and initial setup and are non-refundable. Should a project be terminated by the client before completion, any remaining funds will be retained as a cancellation fee.

4. Staffing Services

Refunds for Staffing services are not available once recruitment, onboarding, or talent allocation processes begin. These fees cover the selection, vetting, and placement of talent and are considered final upon payment.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, and solely at our discretion, we may consider partial refunds. This applies only to exceptional circumstances, which must be documented and formally submitted to [email protected] for review. Any granted refunds may be subject to processing fees or administrative deductions.
